A few simple agreements keep every booking fair, safe, and ready for the next rally.

Court etiquette

Arrive 10 minutes before your slot, wear non-marking court shoes, and clear the court promptly for the next group.

Changes and cancellations

Booking changes should be requested at least 24 hours before play. Late changes may be subject to the full court fee.

Food and drinks

Food stays in designated lounge areas. Water in closed bottles is welcome courtside throughout your session.

Safe play

Players are responsible for warming up, choosing an appropriate level of play, and following venue staff guidance.
